Ho Chi Minh City, near the Cambodian border. Once part of Cambodia, this region is of outstanding and cultural
richness. Chau Doc is home to the Cham and Kmer cultures, floating farmhouses and the Islamic Chancel Cham
minority settlement.
Victoria Chau Doc Hotel, built in a colonial style, with low-rise French architecture, opened in December 1999 as
the second hotel of the Victoria Chain in the Mekong Delta. Right on the banks of the Bassac River at the Three
River Crossing, Victoria Chau Doc Hotel is entirely part of the bustling life of the river. From this unique location,
Victoria Chau Doc Hotel allows guests to discover life deep inside the Mekong Delta
Bassac Restaurant, with its inviting open river views, offers international and Vietnamese cuisine. Refreshing
apertifs and snacks are served at Tan Chau Salon Bar. Cocktails are enjoyed with a breathtaking view at Tam
Giang Sky Bar, located at the rooftop.

Victoria Deluxe room: Spacious 32 m2 room with queen size bed or twin beds and writing desk. All Deluxe rooms

Victoria Junior Suite room: 42 m2 room with king size bed, a large and comfortable sitting area and a writing desk.

About Chau Doc:
Chau Doc is famous for its temples and pagodas around the Sam Mountain area -about 6 km from the city. Worth a climb if you're feeling energetic.
Vibrant green rice paddies, palms trees, orchards lie along the Mekong delta, Vietnam's rice bowl, the area is criss-crossed by canals and rivers. Take a boat trip along the waterways or go sightseeing around this fascinating area. The outlying towns in the delta are less attractive but no less fascinating. Attractions include floating markets. Best visited Dec - May.
